White Sox giving away bobbleheads of Southpaw doing ‘6 7’ meme

When it comes to promotional items, the White Sox sure know how to make headlines. And though we don’t have the full list of giveaways just yet, we do have a taste of what’s to come thanks to the team’s recent release of their theme nights.

Among the special offers from the White Sox is a bobblehead of their mascot, Southpaw, doing the 6-7 hand gesture that will be handed out at Kids Opening Day on Saturday, April 4. The item was first shared in a post that has since gone viral, courtesy of Sox On 35th’s very own Brett Haffner on X.

The team provided additional details on the event and giveaway on their website.

“Start the 2026 season in style and join us for Kids Opening Day! Included in the ticket package is a Southpaw “67” Bobblehead while supplies last, access to a pregame parade around the Warning Track, and a ticket to the game. Please note only purchasers through the specialty link will receive the bobblehead.”

If you have any questions, or would like to purchase 10 or more tickets or any party areas, please contact Robert Clark at 312-674-5324 or rclark@chisox.com.

The South Siders open their season on Thursday, March 26 at the Milwaukee Brewers, and come home the following week with their home opener set for Thursday, April 2 vs. the Toronto Blue Jays. For anyone looking to claim this item by attending the rubber match against the defending American League Champions, follow this link to the team’s website.
