White Sox Farm Report: June 10, 2025

6 minutes read

A Cannon Ballers extra-innings loss was the only thing preventing a perfect day down on the farm. During the 5-1 day, hitters cooked up a baker’s dozen home runs.

Sam Antonacci, Jeral Perez, and Braden Montgomery launched back-to-back-to-back longballs in Winston Salem, Shane Murphy faced the minimum across seven innings for the Barons, and George Wolkow and Samuel Zavala each continued their strong Junes with homers.

All this and more in today’s minor league recap!

Triple-A Charlotte Knights (32-32)

The Knights slugged four homers on their way to a one-run victory. Bryan Ramos and Korey Lee each launched solo shots within the first four innings. Corey Julks and Tristan Gray both homered in a three-run seventh inning.

Charlotte pushed across the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth on a Gray sacrifice fly.

Brooks Baldwin tallied four hits in the win to raise his AAA average to .375 on the season.

FINAL: Knights 7, Durham Bulls 6 | Box Score

Double-A Birmingham Barons (32-25)

Birmingham scored four runs over the first two innings; more than enough for Shane Murphy. Murphy cruised through seven innings, allowing just two base runners. Thanks to a pick-off and double play, the southpaw faced the minimum 21 batters.

At the plate, Ryan Galanie reached base four times and the team drove in six in the top of the ninth. Caden Connor made the game a blowout with a grand slam — his first homer of the season — in the frame.

FINAL: Barons 12, Montgomery Biscuits 3 | Box Score

High-A Winston Salem Dash (22-36)

On Catalytic Converter Night, the Dash were firing on all cylinders against the Bowling Green Hot Rods. Winston Salem’s top of the lineup — Sam Antonacci, Jeral Perez, and Braden Montgomery — launched back-to-back-to-back home runs to start the bottom of the first.

Red-hot Samuel Zavala added a homer of his own later on.

On the mound, Jake Bockenstedt spun six shutout innings while striking out six.

FINAL: Dash 4, Bowling Green Hot Rods 2 | Box Score

Low-A Kannapolis Cannon Ballers (31-27)

Down 6-3 in the eighth inning, the Ballers launched a comeback. Ronny Hernandez led off the frame with a walk before a Lyle Miller-Green homer made it a one-run game. Kannapolis tied it on an error before falling in extras.

George Wolkow logged his sixth home run of the season in the loss.

FINAL/10: Cannon Ballers 7, Columbia Fireflies 8 | Box Score

ACL White Sox (14-13)

In Arizona, the ACL Sox won via the walk-off. The Sox trailed 2-1 entering the bottom of the seventh.

With two outs, Angelo Hernandez and Mason Dinesen hit back-to-back doubles to tie the game before D’Angelo Tejada singled in Dinesen to deliver the victory.

Denny Lima struck out eight over four innings.

FINAL: ACL White Sox 3, ACL Brewers 2 | Box Score

DSL White Sox (4-2)

The DSL Sox won their fourth in a row, barely hanging on with a 7-6 victory over the DSL Cubs Blue.

Christian Gonzalez notched three hits, including a triple, out of the leadoff spot.

FINAL: DSL White Sox 7, DSL Cubs Blue 6 | Box Score
