White Sox Farm Report, July 8, 2025

Pitching shone at nearly every level on Tuesday, leading to wins for the Barons, Cannon Ballers, and DSL Sox.

Jake Palisch and Seth Keener each recorded quality starts, Ryan Galanie, Jacob Gonzalez, and Wilfred Veras all went deep for the Barons, and Abraham Nunez was a perfect 4-for-4 amid a 14-hit showing by the Cannon Ballers.

Triple-A Charlotte Knights (43-43)

The Knights suffered their second consecutive postponement on Tuesday. They’ll now play a doubleheader against the Memphis Redbirds on Wednesday.


Double-A Birmingham Barons (44-38)

Birmingham showcased its seldom-seen power as Ryan Galanie, Jacob Gonzalez, and Wilfred Veras all went deep in the Barons’ 7-5 win. Jake Palisch dazzled with a quality start, and both Tyler Davis and Zach Franklin struck out the side in their respective innings in relief.

High-A Winston Salem Dash (29-52)

Frankeli Arias held the Greenville Drive to one run across his five innings of work, but the Dash bats were equally quiet. Winston-Salem totaled one run on eight hits before falling via a walk-off single.

Single-A Kannapolis Cannon Ballers (38-44)

Kannapolis dominated both sides of the ball Tuesday. At the plate, the Ballers tallied fourteen hits. Abraham Nunez was a perfect 4-for-4, while T.J. McCants slugged his second homer of the season. Seth Keener turned in a quality start before the bullpen covered the final three innings untouched.

ACL White Sox (26-23)

In Arizona, the ACL Sox struggled against the ACL Guardians. The Sox faced a 5-0 deficit after the first inning before eventually falling 11-2. Christian Gonzalez made his stateside debut, going 1-for-3.

DSL White Sox (11-14)

Alexander Martinez sliced through the DSL Giants, striking out nine of the eleven hitters he faced. As a whole, Sox pitching held the Giants to two runs on four hits while striking out eleven. Erasmi Rodriguez launched his first home run as a member of the organization amid the seven-run showing.
