Last night down on the farm, “Project Birmingham” had a nice night while Noah Owen dominated in Kannapolis!
Mark Payton stayed hot down in Charlotte, Yoelqui Cespedes slugged his 17th homer of the year, and Sean Burke threw a gem.
Mark Payton had a four-hit night, Jared Kelley threw four shutout innings, and both Carlos Perez and Tim Elko left the ballpark!
The Knights took a no-hitter into the seventh, Logan Glass continued his hot streak, and Tommy Sommer pitched six strong innings.
On a busy weekend of baseball down on the farm, some of the standouts included Oscar Colas, Lenyn Sosa, Yoelquis Cespedes, and much more!
Bryan Ramos had a two-night night, Aaron Bummer continued his rehab work, and Logan Glass homered down in Kannapolis.
Hunter Dollander threw six shutout innings, Raudy Read launched his first home run for the Knights, and the Barons won in extra innings.
