Freddy Garcia joined Mark Buehrle and Jon Garland’s dominant performances, and the White Sox took a 3-1 ALCS lead.
Jon Garland followed Mark Buehrle’s complete game effort with one of his own in a 5-2 ALCS Game 3 victory.
A wild ninth inning gave the White Sox their first win of the series. The ALCS is now tied 1-1.
The Angels came into their third city in three days without skipping a beat. The Angels lead the ALCS 1-0.
