The Sox blanked the Royals thanks to a dominant 2-hit shutout by pitchers Kevin Folman and Carter Love.

Rookie Great Falls Voyagers

– No Game due to All-Star Break – 


Low-A Kannapolis Intimidators

The Hickory Crawdads managed to squeak past the Intimidators thanks to runs in both the 5th and 6th.

High-A Winston-Salem Dash

– No Game – 


Double-A Birmingham Barons

The Barons only got 4 hits in a 1-0 loss.

Triple-A Charlotte Knights

After missing 2 games with the flu, Eloy Jimenez returned and picked up where he left off. He hit his 9th home run with Charlotte and was immediately followed by a Jose Rondon bomb. The Knights weren’t able to finish the game though due to rain. It will be resumed on August 9th.
