In what was a tough night overall for the pitching staff, Alejandro Cruz led the team offensively with a two-run double and a stolen base. Jose Mendoza chipped in with two hits of his own, while Jordan Rich and Alan Escobar each doubled, with Escobar also drawing a walk and scoring one of the team’s three runs.
