The ACL White Sox took home a win in Monday’s only game.
Third baseman Alejandro Cruz powered the offense with a double, homer, and four RBIs, while second baseman Efren Teran also went deep, and left fielder Osniel Castillo collected three hits. Last year’s fourth-rounder Landon Hodge also made his professional debut, reaching twice and recording his first career hit.
On the mound, right-hander Cesar Familia tossed two scoreless frames in relief, while lefty Jeremy Gonzalez struck out five across three innings.
