by Brendan Gallian

Sox affiliates went 1-5 Tuesday, with only the ACL White Sox earning a win.

Across the system, Jeral Perez and Samuel Zavala each tallied four hits for the Dash, Jake Palisch lowered his season ERA to 0.88 in Birmingham, and the Knights launched seven extra-base hits.

All this and more in today’s minor league recap!

Triple-A Charlotte Knights (27-31)

The first-place IronPigs had their way with Knights starter Evan McKendry, tagging the righty for nine runs. Charlotte’s offense put forth a valiant effort with seven extra-base hits, including home runs by both Brooks Baldwin and Corey Julks, but it wasn’t enough for the win.

Double-A Birmingham Barons (28-23)
