White Sox Farm Report: July 31, 2026

by Brendan Gallian
6 minutes read

A 4-2 Knights loss was the only thing that prevented an organizational sweep on Friday. The Sox, Barons, Dash, and Cannon Ballers all captured wins to kick off the weekend.

Alec Briley drilled a pair of homers for the Barons, George Wolkow crushed a grand slam amid the Dash’ 14-run outburst, and Ryan Galanie picked up his 18th longball of the year.

All this and more in today’s farm report!

Triple-A Charlotte Knights (58-48)

Ryan Galanie’s 18th homer of the season wasn’t enough for the Knights, who fell 4-2 to the Nashville Sounds on Friday. Galanie’s blast was one of just five hits that Charlotte mustered in the loss.

The slugging first baseman is now slashing .294/.348/.580 across 255 at-bats with the Knights after a slow start to the year with Birmingham.

David Sandlin got the start and allowed one run through three innings of work. Hagen Smith appeared out of the bullpen, striking out one in a scoreless frame.
