The Cannon Ballers edged the Carolina Mudcats 4-3 behind the bat of Tim Elko (3 RBI), and the Knights squeaked past the Norfolk Tides 2-1 on the backs of a sound effort from the pitching staff (combined 9.0 IP, 1 ER).
