White Sox announce additional promotional schedule for the 2021 season

by Joe Binder

Since a positive update on Eloy Jimenez wasn’t enough this afternoon, the White Sox decided to keep spreading the good news by releasing the remainder of their 2021 promotional schedule.

The additional promotions will begin with the Reopening Night on Friday, June 25th vs. the Seattle Mariners as Guaranteed Rate Field officially goes to 100 percent capacity. The game will be Country Music Night with postgame fireworks, and a White Sox cap giveaway to the first 10,000 fans. The Sox said they’ll also be taking the field in their Nike City Connect Series uniforms, so good luck to the Mariners that evening.

Some of the other premium giveaways fans can expect include bobbleheads, t-shirts, hoodies, and more. Here they are in order:

Unfortunately, with the good news also comes some bad. Promotions such as $1 Hot Dog Wednesdays and Family Sundays, have been postponed until further notice. The team prefaced that some of the current promotional dates and giveaways are subject to change. Additional events, theme nights and giveaways will be announced at a later time.
