The Best of White Sox Twitter: Month of August

by Joe Binder

We’ve reached the end of August, which means it’s time to determine White Sox Twitter’s top tweet of the month. Below, you’ll find the highest-voted tweets from each of the past three weeks, as determined by all of you.

For the sake of this article, there will just be one poll for all categories with the fan receiving the most votes taking home a pair of our koozies. The winner will also advance to “Tweet of the Year” voting in December for a larger prize. Since we are indeed giving away a prize here, the “verified” category for media members will not be included.

Make sure to vote and afterwards, give all of these awesome accounts a follow! The winner will be announced on Wednesday, September 2nd.

Best of Humor

This is where we encourage you to go for the laughs. Since this category is almost always going to be the most selective of the few, you’ve got to be on your A-game to land here.

Best of Analysis

If you like to dive deep into the stats or make close observations about various aspects of the team, this is the category for you!

Best of Passion, Pride, and Tradition

The root of what it means to be a member of the White Sox and a fan of the team. These are a collection of tweets that don’t necessarily check the box for our humor and analysis categories. Sometimes, they can be emotional takes about how we’re all feeling during a certain game. Other times, they can be as simple as a positive statement or a personal creation like a painting or graphic design.

Vote

You only get one vote so make it count!
